Our service is available at 07:30 am with departure from the cruise terminal by no later than 8:15 am. (Please see below dates for service).

A representative or driver will greet you at the Cruise terminals holding a customized sign with your name as soon as you exit the baggage hall within the cruise terminal.

Flying from Heathrow Airport or staying in a London Heathrow airport hotel, drop off will be from approximately 9:00 am to 9:30 am.

Central London hotels or a mainline train station, drop off will be from approximately 10:00 am to 11:00 am.

The duration of the Journey is approximate. The exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.

Departures to Southampton cruise terminals.

The firsts pickup in Central London will start at 10:30 am and from Heathrow Airport Hotels from 11:30 am, as our vehicles are small vans and minibuses we are able to pick up directly from 95% of the London hotels, the drivers will enter the hotel with a name board displaying EC Minibus Shared Ride Service, therefore, we asked all of our travellers to wait in the main hotel lobby.

To simplify the pickups from the hotels, please inform the Hotel concierge or reception desk that we will be picking you up for a Shared Ride Service from EC Minibus.

The driver will make contact with the hotel concierge or reception desk on arrival at the hotel.

Arriving at London Heathrow Airport, on the day of the cruise shared-ride departure service.

Due to airport regulations, we are not able to pick you up from the Heathrow airport terminal from the curbside you will have to make your own way to a Heathrow airport hotel where we can pick you up.
