He will help you with your luggage and get you to your vehicle. Our Chauffeur will arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time to avoid any delay.
Our recommendation for this service is to disembark at around 8.30 AM you should arrive at Windsor Castle at around 9:30 AM.

Please note that the prices are per vehicle and include the transfer, The prices are based on 1 to 2 adults travelling with 2 big suitcases, 2 small suitcases in a Sedan, 2 to 4 adults travelling with 4 big suitcases, 4 small suitcases in a Minivan, 5 to 7 adults travelling with 7 big suitcases, 7 small suitcases in a 7 seater Van and 8 adults travelling with 8 big suitcases, 8 small suitcases in an 8 seater Van.
Each passenger is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag.
Windsor Castle has variable opening times but during the summer, the opening time is 10:00 AM – 4 PM. It is around 1 hour and 30 minutes drive from Southampton cruise terminal to Windsor Castle, from Windsor Castle to Heathrow Airport would be 20 minutes and to Central London about 1 hour.
If you require we can purchase the tickets which will be handed over to you on the day of the visit and by booking your tickets in advance you will go straight in. We estimate that your visit to Windsor Castle would take no longer than 2 hours.
If dropping off at a Heathrow Airport terminal, they will be an additional £6 for every terminal drop off.Duration:
