To secure the booking we offer two payment options: 1st option you can pay the full amount or 2nd option you can pay a 50% deposit and the rest in CASH to the driver at the end of your journey, we accept all major credit cards, American Express, Visa, Master Card. The remaining balance can be paid in USD, GBP and EUR. The currency conversion will be done on the day of the service.

If you wish to make an amendment to your booking we request an email or a telephone call, To change a pickup time we request a minimum notice of 12 hours. For journeys which the journey time is less than 70 minutes, however, for journeys that take longer than 80 minutes, we request 48 hours notice.

To make a cancellation Email must be sent to EC Minibus on the contact us via email on the contact page or by calling the office on 0044 208 611 2965. To make a cancellation for a booking up to 12 hours before the journey is a 100% charge, 24 hours before the journey would be a 50% charge and 48 hours before the journey no charge. Cancellation for 2 vehicles for one booking or 16, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 52, Seater minibus/coach we require a minimum of 14 days' notice before the date for a 100% refund, 10 days before the journey would be a 50% refund and 7 days before the journey pick up day no refund. Pre-paid bookings (card payments in advance) will be refunded in maximum 5 to 7 working days from the moment of cancellation.

It is a piece of mind that you will not be charged any extra for waiting and parking in the airport, if you incur any delays in immigration or picking up your luggage, it Includes 90 minutes of free waiting time from the time of flight lands and all car park costs. Meet and greet service is only added to all airports and it is an additional £25.

We monitor all flights and will not send a driver into the terminal until the flight has landed and there will be no extra charges for flight delays. However, if a flight is heavily delayed we may need to change the driver there may be a delay with the new driver going into the terminal.

Airport Pickup: The driver will monitor the flight, only go into the terminal 45 minutes after the plane lands and will meet you with your name on the Board Sign at the arrivals point, located immediately after the customs exit.

Generally, Airports and Cruise ports can be very busy place so the first thing that we recommend is that you have a good look around the terminal. If you are still not able to find your driver we provide you with a Free UK Number on the confirmation letter when you complete your booking and one of our friendly team will assist you in locating your driver.

As a general rule, most cruise ships will start the disembarkation process around 6:30-10 am, however, your cruise line can give you more specific information 2 days prior to you arriving in port, but Generally, the ships arrive at 5 am, with the first passengers disembarking at 6:30 am. The cruise company will give priority to passengers who have to catch flights at the airports. However, you should be able to select what time you would like to come off the ship, therefore if you wish to disembark the ship by 8 am, it will be arranged for you to have your luggage and to be off the ship by 8 am. Pickup time needs to be confirmed when making a booking, this can be changed at a later date but we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice, due to vehicle availability on cruise days. Disembarkation time can only be arranged with the Cruise company once you are on board the ship. You can either inform the Cruise company on what time you would like to come off or they will advise you 2 days before arriving back in port.

The latest that you can disembark is at 9:30 am however as the average check-in time is at 11 am, more than likely you will disembark before 9:00 am Passengers who booked pick-up times later than 9:00 am, 85% of the passengers will call us on the day informing us that they have already disembarked before 8:30 am. On the day of the service, it is unlikely that we are able to send the driver earlier than your schedule pick up time. A safer option is to book a pick-up time for 8:30 a.m, as we include 30 minutes of free waiting time from the set pick-up time. Generally, it takes no more than 10 to 15 minutes to disembark a ship from the disembarkation time that has been provided to you by the ship. There are no customs or passport checks on disembarking a ship in Southampton as this is done before arriving back in port. The only shit that allows you to stay later than 9:00 am is the Queen Mary 2, and some smaller ships if travelling in the upper-class section. They have to turn around the ship quickly because the first boarding time is at 11:00 a.m. Due to the high demand for the service on cruise arrival days, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice from the travel date to adjust the driver's schedule. No, on some occasions cruise ships can dock in different terminals on the day due to a number of reasons, therefore our drivers will check the cruise itinerary on the day.

Cruise terminal pickup: when you have collected all your luggage, you will come into the arrivals hall in the cruise terminal where our driver will meet you with your name on a Board Sign, inside the Cruise terminal or in some cases just outside of the cruise terminal near to the exit door at the specified pickup time.

All of our services private or shared, the driver will drop you off directly at the cruise terminal drop off area, where there will be porters to assist you with your luggage. To make the process easy and smooth please make sure that all your luggage has the cruise tags on.

Vehicles are not wheelchair accessible but will transport foldable wheelchairs and Walker, please let us know when booking so we can allocate the right vehicle.

As early as possible, all services can be cancelled with a full refund. Please see our terms and conditions page. We tend to allocate our drivers work in advance once all of our drivers have work we will close of the availability for that date, this is happening more and more, due to the lack of big vehicles available in the industry after Covid as we are being asked to move to the electric vehicles, which is not ideal for journey over 1 hour and 45 minutes which is our average journey time.

We have a range of vehicles to suit number of passengers and Suitcases capacity. Our standard vehicles consist of. Sedan, it can accommodate up to 3 passengers and 2 big suitcases, 2 small suitcases. Minivan, it can accommodate up to 4 passengers and 4 big suitcases, 4 small suitcases 7-Seater Van, it can accommodate up to 7 passengers and 7 big suitcases, 7 small suitcases. 8 Seater Van, it can accommodate up to 8 passengers and 8 big suitcases, 8 small suitcases. (Please note that 2 passengers will sit up front next to the driver) Suitcases size guide: big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and small suitcases (carry-on bag) - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm.
